The Trento Lawtech Research Group joins the Second Edition of the Private Law Consortium Biennial Meetings

The Trento Lawtech Research Group joins the Second Edition of the Private Law Consortium Biennial Meetings, to be held on May 11th-12th, 2014 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pennsylvania.

 

The Private Law Consortium (PLC), set up with the partecipation of Bar-Ilan University Tel Aviv, Harvard University, Trento University, McGill University, Pennsylvania University, Oslo University, gathers scholars working on different fields of private law who present and discuss their most recent papers in a comparative fashion, holding sessions focusing on Property Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, IP Law, Legal Theory, Evidence, and Competition Law.

 

The first edition of the PLC was held at the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law in June 2013 (scientific program here).  

 

The second edition of the PLC is hosted by the Faculty of Law of the University of Pennsylvania. The scientific program of the event is available here.
