Studio Torta 9th edition of the national contest on Intellectual Property – Laura Trevisanello won the second place
Laura Trevisanello was awarded the second prize in the prestigious Studio Torta 9th edition of the national contest on Intellectual Property. The prize is dedicated to a graduation or PhD thesis on Industrial Property protection instruments and on their role in modern society.
Laura graduated at the Faculty of Law – University of Trento in the December 2019 session with Paolo Guarda as a supervisor, working on a thesis entitled “Macchine Intelligenti che creano ed inventano. Profili e rilievi critici del nuovo rapporto tra Intelligenza Artificiale e diritti di proprietà intellettuale” [Intelligent Machines that create and invent. Features and critical issues of the new relationship between Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights].
