The first results of the SUSTAINS project, a European consortium aiming to support the patient access to information and services.
Data show a significant success in the implementation of a model for healthcare delivery, where users have access to their electronic health records.
The results will be presented during the European Week of Regions and Cities (Open Days) on 9 October 2014.
